Wax on!

How often do you wax your chain?  

It was recommended by my Triumph dealer to wax the chain every 200 miles depending on riding conditions.  I use Maxima chain wax for no particular reason.  It's sold in two sizes, 13.5oz and 5.5oz.  It helps to keep the chain free from dirt, self cleaning and lubricates.  I like to place something in between the chain and tire as I spray it on to help prevent overspray.  Spin the wheel in a forward direction and apply a thin layer, about two passes.  Make sure to apply on all sides of the chain.
