The Meltdown Is No More

Unfortunately The Meltdown Vintage Motorcycle show is no more. This is the annual event held in Hendersonville, NC (its held at the airport). I attended this event twice and it was a great time (The Meltdown Event). Those running the event stated that the event has just grown larger than they can and want to manage. I totally get this since I was in charge of running an event and I can see where it can be too much ESPECIALLY when folks no longer want or care to help out.

It is a real bummer seeing another cool motorcycle event bite the dust. The good news is that they did say they are looking at a new smaller vintage ride-in event in the future. Hopefully that works out for them.
