Stars and Bars Tavern
This place has been on my list to check out for over a year. Well I finally pulled the trigger and stopped in. Yes, this is definitely a local bar and a dive bar. After walking in, the bartender was friendly and we got served quickly. Decided to check out back to see what it is like. They have a huge back area.
There were not many folks in there at all. Honestly, just was not feeling it here. After one beer, cashed out. The price of PBR here is $3.50 which kind of shocked me. Especially since less than one mile down the road is The Friendly Pub where 12oz draft PBR is $2.50.
I do not have anything bad to say about the place other than they charge a bit too much for beer. I am not sure I will go back since my favorite place is so close.
