Fast Lane Bar and Grill

Did a ride up to Wilkesboro and decided to stop in at the Fast Lane Bar and Grill to get some lunch. This place is easy to find and offers plenty of parking. When I pulled up, there were a few bikes in the parking lot along with a few cars but I got there just after 1pm which I think is the time they open on a Saturday.
I walked in and went to the bar. There were a number of folks standing in front of the bar. Seems that they bartenders was cleaning the bar top and the someone else mopping the floor. Yes, I got there just when they opened...lol.
Plenty of parking and great food at the Fast Lane Bar and Grill
This place is actually quite large. There are a number of back rooms but I just ate in the bar. While there, got a PBR and a hamburger. Talked with a few of the locals and was having a great time learning about the area. The food was good. I got their Cole slaw which they make. Quite different but still good.
The prices for the food were typical except for the hotdogs. They seemed VERY high but again, I got the burger. The beer prices were fine. I am not sure I would really classify this as a dive bar but still a great place to hang out.
