Don't Lose Your Bike

Up until now, whenever we left our dual sport motorcycles, we could keep an eye on them. But as we venture out more and more, theft begins to raise its ugly head. Now, one of us has had a motorcycle stolen before. In 202, over 53,000 motorcycles were stolen in the US alone. And over half were never recovered.

With those stats in mind, my first purchase (Scot) was the Moni Moto GPS Motorcycle Tracker. Easy to hid and always on, if your bike does decide to drive away on its own, you are immediately called and can track the whereabouts of you bike through the app.

We have read great things about this product. It is NOT a deterrent but a tool to use if the bike does get stolen and will hopefully allow a quick recovery. This tool alone is not enough. We are looking at other deterrents as well such as disc locks, chains, etc. Once we make a decision on what to choose, we will write about it.

We are waiting for our new toy to arrive and will update about it once we have it on and working.
