Christmas Eve Ride

A small group of us (5 bikes) decided to go out for a fantastic ride out to Lake Tillery on Christmas Eve. The temperature that day was 67. A bit warmer than normal.

We met at a local burger joint, ate lunch, and from there, took backroads over the Boathouse at Lake Tillery. It was closed since it was Christmas Eve and it was Sunday but we took time to hang out on their deck and enjoy the beautiful day.

Kevin, the leader who arranged this day ride brought his jet ski bike.

It is definitely an eye catcher going down the road. We road for about an hour or more before ending up at the waters edge at the Boathouse.

This is local bar on the water. After hanging out here for a bit and enjoying the sun, we split up and headed back home.

Nothing exciting happened except a great ride with great weather with great friends. What else could you ask for?
